Calvin College's Computer Science Department Hold First Dynamic Link Conference
Have you heard of
"The Geek Gap"? That book and its title inspired the
first Dynamic Link Conference held on May 2, 2009 at the Devos Communications
Center at Calvin College. Over 50 attendees including guests,
students and faculty heard the morning's keynote speakers.
Focused discussion groups met in the afternoon. A summary of those group
discussions will appear in the next journal of
Dynamic Link: Christian Perspectives on Software Development
. The original goals of those groups are available on this site's

Dynamic Link 2009 is a continuation of a project funded by the Lilly Vocational Fund. The project engages
Christian professionals in software development to share with students the link between their faith and work. The original effort resulted in the first issue of
Dynamic Link: Christian Perspectives on Software Development
. A second issue of the journal is in the process of production.
